Andrew is a recognized planner and decision advisor who works to deliver practical guidance and solutions to complicated city-building projects. He helps clients tackle mobility policy, strategy and governance initiatives with an approach grounded in dialogue, collaboration, and structured decision-making shaped by 15 years of direct public sector experience at the local and regional level.

Prior to joining Access Planning, Andrew led and supported teams who delivered city and regional transportation plans, mobility pricing policies, shared mobility service guidelines, scenario planning exercises, project governance and funding frameworks, and corporate strategic planning across Metro Vancouver. This experience includes leadership roles at the City of North Vancouver and at TransLink, Metro Vancouver’s Transportation authority. He is adept at understanding and navigating the trade-offs and competing objectives that are at the core of all transformative opportunities and decisions.

Andrew is trained as a planner, with degrees from the University of British Columbia and University of Waterloo.
